_ _ . ..,....?.?,,, <br />... ?..... ?..... e.. ;, ?.? <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1: That the Mayor and the Director of Law are hereby author- <br />ized and directed to do all things necessary to present back to this Coun- <br />cil in the shortest period of time that same can be accomplished to negoti- <br />ate with Paradise Pontiac to accept the gift which has been so generously <br />offered; to meet with and negotiate with the West Shore Enforcement Bureau <br />or the West Shore Council of Governments for the purpose of entering into a <br />lease for said facility, as well as make arrangements for the operation of <br />same; and to further present back to this Council a proposal by Oriana <br />House to operate said facility. It is contemplated that this Council would <br />enter into various agreements to accomplish the above under separate legis- <br />lation. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of public health, safety <br />and welfare, and for the further reason it is immediately necessary to <br />proceed with great dispatch in that the apartment building is available <br />only for a short period of time due to the fact that it has to be removed <br />from the property to make way for expansion of said dealership, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />JAMES D.
