<br /> <br />their base annual base salary; thereafter until comple- <br />tion of their tenth (lOth) year of full-time continuous <br />service after which such employee shall receive five <br />(5%) of their base annual salarp; thereafter until <br />completion of their fifteenth (15th) year of full-time <br />continuous service, such employee shall receive six <br />(6%) percent of their base annual salary until after <br />the completion of the twentieth (20th) year of full- <br />time continuous service, and during each year of full- <br />time service thereafter, they shall receive seven <br />percent (7%) of their base annual salary as longevity <br />increments." <br />SECTION 2: That Section 18 of Ordinance No. 90-38 which now reads: <br />That all full-time administrative and legislative <br />personnel listed within this ordinance shall be enti- <br />tled to an annual vacation in aecordance with the <br />vacation ordinance. All previous continuous service as <br />an elected city public official within the city shall <br />be considered full-time for the purpose of calculating <br />vacation." <br />Be and the same is hereby amended and as amended shall read as fol- <br />lows: <br />That all full-time administrative and legislative <br />personnel listed within this ordinance shall be enti- <br />tled to an annual vacation in accordance with the <br />vacation ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That Sections 16 and 18 of Ordinance No. 90-38 as previ- <br />ously adopted are herebp repealed. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance sha11 take effect and be in force from <br />and after the earliest period allowed by law and the Charter of the City. <br />Passed: <br />Clerk of Council <br />Approved• <br />Mayor Ed Boyle <br />James Boehmer <br />President of Council <br />First Reading: 3AID <br />Second Reading : <br />Third Reading:
