<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />NOTICE OF ASSESSING ORDINANCE <br />Notice is given Lhat on May /S, 1990 the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted passed Ordinance No. 90- I(y levying special assessments for the <br />improvement of North Olmsted Industrial Parkway from Lorain Road southeasterly <br />approximately 556 feet, thence easterly approximately 1699 feet to its <br />terminus by grading, draining, curbing, paving and constructing a water main <br />and storm sewers; by constructing sanitary sewers in that Parkway and in <br />easements of the City fifteen feet wide running parallel with and contiguous <br />to each side of that Parkway; and by constructing a water main in an easement <br />oE the City thirty feet wide running from a point in that Parkway <br />approximately 945 feet from the centerline of Lorain Road southerly <br />approximately 465 feet, thence easterly approximately 384 feet to an existing <br />water main; in each case together with the necessary appurtenances thereto. <br />The special assessment against each lot or parcel of land may be paid in cash <br />within 30 days from the date of passage of that ordinance. If not paid in <br />cash, the special assessments will be certified to the County Auditor for <br />coilection with taxes in twenty annual installments with interest on the <br />special assessments at the same rate as borne by the bonds issued in <br />anticipation of their collection. That publication <br />should occur as soon as possible following the passage of the assessing <br />ordinance.
