For the year 1990 regular meetings of the Council of the City are <br />held at 8:00 p.m., on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, unless that <br />day is a holiday, in which event the meeting is held on the following day. <br />Those meetings are held in Council Chambers, City Hall, 5200 Dover Center <br />Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />3. The electors of the City have adopted a Charter, pursuant to <br />Article XVIII of the Ohio Constit.ution, to provide for the government of the <br />City. No amendments to the Charter have been approved by the electors since <br />November 3, 1987. <br />4. There is no newspaper published and of general circulation in the <br />City, as defined in Section 7.12 of the Revised Code, but The Plain Dealer is <br />a newspaper of general circulation in the City, as defined in that Section. <br />In accordance with Section 11 of Article IV of its Charter, the City provides <br />for posting legislation at the City Hall for a period of not less than fifteen <br />days. <br />5. The Fiscal 0£f.icer's Certifir_at.e included in the Transcript was <br />presented to Council on May 1, 1990 and prior to the passage of Ordinance No. <br />90- s"7 on /"4,y 01 , 1990.
