A 'L <br /> <br />number of individuals to occupy the dwelling unit when the assigned amount <br />of square foot area for sleeping egceeds the total amount of sleeping area <br />for the dwelling unit. Likewise, at anp time during the lease term the <br />tenant, because of additional occupants, exceeds the permissible number of <br />persons based on the square foot sleeping area, shall either be ejected <br />from the premises or required to reduce the number of occupants so as to <br />comply with the requirements of this Section. <br />In the event that the subject dwelling unit is an efficiency unit, as <br />provided for in the Zoning Code, then the allocation per person with re- <br />spect to the efficiency unit itself shall not be in excess of 150 square <br />foot per person. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediatelp necessary to <br />protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City of <br />North Olmsted from overcrowding conditions in multiple-familp dwelling <br />units, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall go into immediate force and <br />effect upon its signing by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE E.
