_ ! `• A ? ?°? <br />Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Director of Environmental <br />Protect-ion. <br />7.00 Renegotiation. <br />7•01 In addition to the negotiations provided for elsewhere herein <br />either North Olmsted or Fairview Park shall have the right to request the <br />renegotiation of any of the terms of this Agreement upon the delivery of <br />thirty days' written notice to the other. <br />8.00 Prior Agreement. <br />------- <br />8.01 The Prior Agreeinent, as it relates to user charges for opera- <br />tion, maintenance and replacement and to other matters that are the subject of <br />this Agreement, shall be superseded on the date of this Agreement; provided, <br />however, that the taking effect of this Agreement shall be without prejudice <br />to, and shali not alter, impair or otherwise affect, any matters that are not <br />the subject of this Agreement or any actions heretofore taken pursuant to, or <br />any rights, obligations and duties accruing under, the Prior Agreement prior <br />to the date hereof. <br />9.00 Notices. <br />------ <br />9.01 The written notices to be given by the parties to each other in <br />accordance with the provisions hereof shall be deemed so to have been given if <br />delivered, in the case of North Oimsted, to both its Mayor and its Director of <br />Finance, and, in the case of Fairview park, to both its Mayor and its Director <br />of Finance; but either party may change such designation by delivery of such a <br />written notice to the other. <br />10.00 Succession and Assignment. <br />10.01 Succession. Any officer, official, board, committee or other <br />entity which hereafLer, by operation of law, succeeds to the powers and duties <br />- 19 -
