, • ?... ,,W,? <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90 - 30 <br />ESY : couNCZLwotKart Baxas <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS OF THE LORAIN ROAD WATER <br />MAIN CLEANING AND LINING PROJECT BASED UPON <br />THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND COST ESTIMATES <br />PREPARED BY R. E. WARNER & ASSOCIATES, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Council has previously authorized the retention of R. <br />E. Warner & Associates for the preparation of comprehensive plans, <br />specifications and cost estimates for the Lorain Road Water Main <br />Cleaning and Lining Project from Dover Center Road westerly to the <br />Corporation line, and; <br />WHEREAS, City of Cleveland, Department of Publio Utilities,Division <br />of Water has approved said plans and specifications for bidding <br />process, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has obtained Issue 2 Funds for <br />cleaning and lining of Lorain Road water mains from Ohio Public <br />Works Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br />solicit and receive bids for plans, specifications <br />and cost estimates prepared by R. E. Warner & <br />Associates. <br />SECTION 2: That it is hereby found and determined that the <br />legislation complies with Section 121.22, O.R.C. <br />regarding notification of ineetings and all <br />deliberations of this Council pertaining hereto have <br />been conducted in accordance therewith. <br />7
