P_age 13 <br />•,ARTICLE X <br />OVERTTMF <br />10.1 The Fire Chief will be the final authority in determining <br />the need for Overtime. <br />10.2 Overtime shall be paid in fifteen minute increments <br />providing the Employee remains on duty for the time paid <br />when held over. Employees will receive two hours minimum <br />for call back. <br />10.3 Employees may request payment of Overtime at any time. <br />Employees shall be paid for all Overtime hours accumulated <br />in excess of eighty hours on the next scheduled pay. <br />10.4 Any cash payment for Overtime shall be paid at the rate <br />of pay at which it was earned after applying Longevity <br />increment applicable. <br />ARTICLE XI <br />G'NIFORM ALLOWANCE <br />11.1 All Employees sha13 maintain duty and dress uniforms as <br />mandated by Rules and Regulations amendment dated <br />January 8, 1982. <br />11.2 Al1 Cadets, immediately upon appointment, shall be provided <br />two duty uniforms, one uniform cap, one light weight <br />jacket, one winter jacket and one white shirt. All <br />clothing provided shall be surrendered to the Employer <br />if the Employee fails to complete the probationary period. <br />11.3 Each Employee, commencing with the second year of <br />employment, or February 1, whichever is later, shall <br />receive an annual cash Uniform Allowance in the amount <br />of $475.00 per year. Such allowance shall be paid no <br />later than February 1, of each year. <br />ARTICLE XII <br />HOLIDAYS <br />12.1 On January lst of each year, Employees shall be entitled <br />to seven, twenty-four hour holidays. <br />12.2 Selection of Holidays shall be made by the Employee <br />and be subject to the approval of the Fire Chief or his <br />designee.
