? <br />? <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 90- 2 <br />BY: Eouncilwoanan Bahas <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 167 OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Administration and Council that <br />it is in the best interest of the City to eliminate the Department of <br />Budget and Management and to replace the same with a Department of <br />Personnel and Administration which will be the subject of a subsequent <br />ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to accomplish the desire of the Administration and <br />Council, it is necessary to repeal Chapter 167 in its entirety and to <br />replace the same by the adoptian of another ordinance creating the <br />Department of Personnel and Administrative Services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Chapter 167 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to <br />reorganize the administrative branch of the City to accomplish the goals of <br />the Council and the Administration, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vate of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />e <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL <br />Cl Counci <br />MAYOR EDW ?
