?w"`, .?? <br />.. ? . <br /> <br />SECTION 3: That the compensation as specified in Section 1 and 2 hereof are being <br />established only for the purpose of complying with the Charter requirements as outlined in <br />Article IV, Section 6, and in no way affect any of the other provisions of any ordinance relating <br />to the organizational chart of either administrative or legislative officers. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to comply with the requirements of the <br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted regarding the establishment of salaries at least thirty (30) <br />days prior to the filing of nominating petitions, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ?- <br />ATTEST: <br />e, <br />BARB SEMAN, <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED Z ?Qf'"Z <br />EDWARD BOYLE, Vllk <br />JAMES D.
