Page 2 of 2 <br />City of North Olmsted Ordinance No. 92-172 <br />the average number of occupied units of said multi-family dwelling. In no event however, shall <br />the city be obligated to pay the aforesaid cost unless the multi-unit owner provides the city with <br />proof of a recycling program consistent with or better than that provided to the city by BFI for <br />single family service. <br />4) Said solid waste recycling program developed by the Service Director shall contain <br />other provisions consistent with the solid waste recycling program adopted for single family <br />residents. <br />SECTION 2: That any ordinance or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Public Service is hereby ordered and directed to <br />develop a solid waste recycling program for multi-family dwelling units consistent with this <br />ordinance within thirty (30) days after the adoption hereof. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to establish a uniform recycling program <br />throughout the entire city and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ?S <br />A <br />. ? <br />BARBARA L.
