, :„W <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0, 92-168 <br />BY: Mr. Tlinrl <br />AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES <br />AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR <br />THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1993. <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to appropriate certain funds for <br />police cars to be purchased during the year ending December 31, <br />1993. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND THE STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1: That to provide for current expenses and <br />other expenditures of said City of North Olmsted during the year <br />ending December 31, 1993, that the following sums be and they are <br />hereby setaside and appropriated as follows: <br />OTHER FUNDS <br />Hotel Motel Tax Fund <br />68,000 <br />Section 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately <br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby <br />authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments <br />from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper <br />certificates and vouchers therefore, approved same, or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditure; <br />provided that no warrants shall be employed by authority of and <br />in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the <br />appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon <br />approval of a two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense <br />other than those covered by other specific appropriations herein <br />made. <br />Section 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section <br />12, of t," Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SED: =-, 2 3lr?
