?w .. .?..????.?.?,...?.v.. <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 92-162 <br />BY: Councilman Lind <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER AND MAKE APPROPRIATIONS <br />FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING <br />DECEMBER 31, 1992. <br />WHEREAS, receipts in the Recreation Fund are expected <br />to exceed the original estimate by $35,000, <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to make certain transfers for <br />the year ending December 31, 1992, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND THE STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and <br />other expenditures of said City of North Olmsted during the <br />year ending December 31, 1992, that the following sums be <br />and they are hereby set-aside and appropriated as follows: <br />RECREATION FUND <br />CURRENT CHANGE AMENDED <br />Special Services 74,000 12,000 86,000 <br />Overtime 9,000 1,500 10,500 <br />Concession Stock 45,000 2,500 47,500 <br />Team Sales 6,000 21200 8,200 <br />Telephone 7,200 500 7,700 <br />Pro Shop Stock 51,000 500 51,500 <br />Utilities 280,000 6,500 286,500 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately <br />forward an attested copy of this ordinance to the Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the director of Finance is hereby <br />authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for <br />payments from any of the foregoing appropriations upon <br />receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, <br />approved same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to <br />make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be <br />drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or <br />ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriations for <br />contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two- <br />thirds vote of Council for items of expense other than those <br />covered by other specific appropriations herein made.
