The <br />Director of Finance shall provide for the payment of the cost of obtaining any <br />such policy from the proceeds of the Notes to the extent available and then <br />from other money lawfully available and appropriated or to be appropriated for <br />that purpose. <br />A disclosure document in the form of an official statement, including <br />an annual information statement, is determined to be appropriate relating to <br />the original issuance of the Notes.
