<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92-154 <br />BY: COUNCIU3AN LIND <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 2,000 TONS OF STONE FOR V.ARIOUS <br />SERVICE DEPARTMENT NEIDS, AND AU'IHORIZING 'II3E MAYOR TO <br />CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN RIERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TfiE COUNCIL OF 'IIiE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLr1STED, COUNI'Y OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons of stone for various <br />Service Department needs, according to the specifications now on file in <br />his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency n easure irnunediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to provide for the city's stone requirements, and <br />further provided it received the affirmative vote of two-thirds of a11 <br />members of Council, it sha.ll take effect and be in force ,unediately <br />upon its pa.ssage and approval by the Tlayor. <br />PASSm:?;?.?-?....?.?.??7-?, <br />t <br />ATTEyS? ., <br />.? , <br />', 4 f <br />?'???/.-L`? ?/?. ? f `ro'? /w <br />tRBA11A L.
