<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92 -146 <br />By; Councilman Lind <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVIItTISE FOR BIDS FOR PULVA MIXING ON VARIOUS STREETS IN <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID, AS PER SPECIFICATIONS NOW ON FILE <br />IN HIS OFFICE, AND AUUiORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME AND <br />DECLARING AN ENIERGENCY. <br />NOW, UMZEFORE, BE IT RESOLVID BY TfiE COUNCIL OF TEiE CITY OF NORZZi <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for pulva mixing on various streets in <br />the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in his <br />office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure iirnnediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />imnediately necessary to provide for the city's pulva mixing various <br />streets, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediatel upon its passage and approval by the Ma.yor. <br />PASSED: <br />n -m _ <br /> <br />Barbara L.
