<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92 - 144 <br />gy• Councilman Lind <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TEIE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR PARTIAL DEPTH CONCRETE JOINT REPAIR <br />ON VARIOUS STREETS IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID, AS PER <br />SPECIFICATIONS NOW ON FILE IN HIS OFFICE, AND AUTHORIZING TiE MAYOR <br />TO CONTRACT FOR SAME AND DECLARING AN IIMERGENCY. <br />NOW, URREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'i'HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTID, COUN'1.'Y OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for partial depth concrete joint repair <br />on various streets i.n the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications <br />now on file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of <br />Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and <br />execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to provide for the city's partial depth joint <br />repair requirements and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Ma.yor. <br />PASSED : G`-z ?-?--f ?•-C?. ? / ?/ <br />ATTEST: ? <br />Barbara L.
