<br />_ -? <br />ARTICLE 33: LONGEVITY PAY <br />Section 1: Employees in the bargaining unit having <br />completed five (5) years of full-time continuous service as <br />employees of said department, or having been transferred from <br />" some other department by administrative appointment, shall be <br />paid an additional four percent (0) of their base annual salary, <br />thereafter until completiort of ten (10) years full-time <br />continuous service; after which such employees shall receive five <br />percent (5%) of their base annual salary, thereafter until <br />completion of their fifteenth (15th) year of continuous full-time <br />service; after'which said employeesshall receive six percent <br />(6%) of their base annual salary until completion of their <br />twentieth (20th) year of continuous full-time service: and <br />?°-- thereafter each year of full-time service they shall receive <br />? <br />seven percent (71%) of their base annual salary as longevity <br />increments. <br />Section 2: Employees hired after July 19, 1987 shall <br />receive longevity in accordance with the following schedule: <br />$250 After employee completes five (5) years; <br />$500 After employee completes ten (10) years; <br />$750 After employee completes fifteen (15) years; <br />$1000 After employee completes twenty (20) years. <br />ARTICLE 34: AFSCME CARE PLAN/LEGAL CARE PLAN - <br />Section 1: The City shall continue to participate in the <br />American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, <br />.?..-, <br />Care Plan for all non-probationary employees in the bargaining <br />41
