<br />(i) grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base,
<br />widening, preparing the surface and paving with concrete, reconstructing sani-
<br />tary sewers, water mains, sidewalks and driveway aprons where necessary,
<br />constructing and reconstructing storm sewers where necessary, acquiring and
<br />installing signals, signs and other equipment and devices to direct and
<br />control traffic, and installing underground wires and cables for street light-
<br />ing in Country Ciub Boulevard from Lorain Road to a point approximately 1400
<br />feet east of Victoria Lane, in Victoria Lane and in Kennedy Ridge Road between
<br />Butternut Ridge Road and Victoria Lane;
<br />(ii) reconstructing the pavement base, preparing the surface and
<br />paving with concrete in Country Club Road from a point approximately 1400 feet
<br />east of Victoria Lane to Columbia Road;
<br />(iii) grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base,
<br />preparing the surface and paving with concrete, constructing and reconstruct-
<br />ing storm sewers, and reconstructing sanitary sewers, sidewalks and driveway
<br />aprons, all where necessary in Terrace Drive and in Sunset Oval;
<br />(iv) grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base,
<br />widening, preparing the surface and paving, reconstructing and rehabilitating
<br />storm sewers where necessary, and reconstructing sanitary sewers, sidewalks
<br />and driveway aprons where necessary in Marion Avenue, in Clifford Road, in
<br />West 230th Street from Clifford Road to Marion Avenue, in West 233rd Street
<br />from Clifford Road to Marion Avenue; and
<br />(v) reconstructing sections
<br />surface and paving, reconstructing storm
<br />aprons and reconstructing and rehabil
<br />sewer connections, all where necessary
<br />Drive, Gareau Drive, Park Ridge Drive,
<br />Lynhaven Drive and Windsor Drive;

<br />in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental
<br />thereto.
<br />The Director of Finance shall determine the aggregate principal
<br />amount of the Bonds not to exceed $2,364,000 in the certificate providing for
<br />the award of the Bonds and signed by the Director of Finance in accordance
<br />with Section 7 of this ordinance (the Certificate of Award).
<br />Section 2. The Bonds shall be issued in one lot and only as fully
<br />registered bonds, in Authorized Denominations. "Authorized Denominations"
<br />means (i) with respect to the Bonds, denominations of $500 or any integral
<br />multiple thereof, but in no case as to a particular maturity date exceeding
<br />the principal amount maturing on that date, and (ii) with respect to the
<br />Consolidated Bonds (as defined in Section 7), denominations of $5,000 or any
<br />integral multiple thereof, but in no case as to a particular maturity date
<br />exceeding the principal amount of Consolidated Bonds maturing on that date.
<br />"Minimum Authorized Denomination" means $500 with respect to the Bonds and
<br />$5,000 with respect to the Consolidated Bonds. The Bonds shall be dated as of
<br />October 15, 1992 unless otherwise specified by the Director of Finance in the
<br />Certificate of Award.
