? <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 92 - 104 <br />BY.• COUNCILMAN LEONARD <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE <br />NUMBER 92-23 PROVIDING FOR A NEW SALARY RANGE <br />FOR THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF COUNCIL. <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed Ordinance No. 92-23 and believes that the salary <br />range established therein for the office of the Clerk of Council is inadequate; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council therefor to amend Ordinance No. 92-23 so <br />as to increase the salary range for the office of the Clerk of Council; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 92-23, which presently reads: <br />"Section 5: That the following salary ranges aze hereby established for the Clerk of <br />Council and the Assistant Clerk of Council. <br />FROM TO <br />A. Clerk of Council 14,650 24,600.00 Annually <br />B. Assistant to Clerk of Council 11,000 16,500.00 Annually <br />C. Part-time Clerk of Council 8.00 Per Hour" <br />be amended and, as amended, sha11 read as follows: <br />"Section 5: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for the Clerk of <br />Council and the Assistant Clerk of Council. <br />A. Clerk of Council <br />B. Assistant to Clerk of Council <br />C. Part-time Clerk of Council <br />FROM TO <br />14,650 25,175.00 Annually <br />11,000 16,500.00 Annually <br />8.00 Per Hour"
