Ow ? <br />-a <br />* ' ?. .,.,,.. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 92-66 <br />BY: Mr. Lind <br />AN ORDINANCE T0 TRANSFER AND MAKE APPROPRIATIONS <br />FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING <br />DECEMBER 31, 1992, AS AMENDED <br />WHEREAS, Council wished to make certain transfers for <br />the year ending December 31, 1992 <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND THE STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and <br />other expenditures of said City of North Olmsted during the <br />year ending December 31, 1992, that the following sums be <br />and they are hereby setaside and appropriated as follows: <br />RECREATION FUND <br /> CURRENT CHANGE AMENDED <br />Special Services 77,000 <br />000 <br />435 ( 3,000) <br />7,300 74,000 <br />442,300 <br />Wages <br />Overtime , <br />-0- 9,000 9,000 <br />R.S. <br />E <br />P 57,000 13,000 70,000 <br />. <br />. <br />Special Recreation <br />t -0- <br />000 <br />30 1,700 <br />000) <br />(28 1,700 <br />2,000 <br />s <br />Misc. Capital Improvemen , , <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately <br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the director of Finance is hereby <br />authorized to draw his warrants on the City treasury for <br />payments from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon <br />receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, <br />approved same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to <br />make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be <br />drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or <br />ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriation for <br />contingencies can only be expended upon approval of a two- <br />thirds vote of council for items of expense other than those <br />covered by other specific appropriations herein made.
