CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 92-66 BY: Mr. Lind AN ORDINANCE T0 TRANSFER AND MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1992, AS AMENDED WHEREAS, Council wished to make certain transfers for the year ending December 31, 1992 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND THE STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of said City of North Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1992, that the following sums be and they are hereby setaside and appropriated as follows: RECREATION FUND CURRENT CHANGE AMENDED Special Services 77,000 000 435 ( 3,000) 7,300 74,000 442,300 Wages Overtime , -0- 9,000 9,000 R.S. Capital Improvemen , , SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. SECTION 3: That the director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of a two- thirds vote of council for items of expense other than those covered by other specific appropriations herein made.
