MALCUM IRNI <br />Section <br />Management Structure1 <br />Rfchard E. Herrfott, P,E, <br />Mr. Herriott's experience includes more than 23 years as a consulting <br />civil- sanitary engineer. During that time, he has worked with municipal <br />and private clients as well as with state agencies. His fields of specia- <br />lization include design of wastewater and water treatment facilities, bond <br />studies, rate studies, facility plans, pipelines, stormwater collection sys- <br />tems, interceptor sewers, pumping stations and distribution system analy- <br />sis. Mr. Herriott is presently serving as the Project Officer for the City <br />of North Olmsted WWTp Facilities Plan Update. As the Project Officer, <br />he has the ability and authority to commit the resources of the entire <br />firm to ensure a successful completion of this project for the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />Dennis J. Long, P.E. <br />Mr. Long is an expert in all facets of the NPDES stormwater manage- <br />ment program. He has served as an e.cpert witness on water quality <br />modeling and planning issues. He is thoroughly familiar with the Clean <br />Water Act and its legislative and enforcement history, and with the pro- <br />grammatic evaluation of state and federal regulations, the construction <br />grants program and revolving fund, NPDES permits, water quality plan- <br />ning and modeling, and the development of water quality standards. <br />Recently, he has been responsible for major wastewater stormwater <br />monitoring, modeling, and control alternative development for client <br />including the City of Columbus, Ohio and Erie, Pennsylvania. Responsi- <br />bie for the planning and execution of the City of Erie, PA Mill Creek <br />Tube and Other Sources of Pollution stormwater and combined sewer <br />overflow studies. These studies includes rainfall characterization, sewer <br />sampling, and analysis and evaluation of Best Management Practices for <br />the Mill Creek Tube, an 18 ft. x 22 ft. concrete storm,sewer which drains <br />a 13 square mile area of the City of Erie. The projects involve sampling <br />at 30 sites and analysis for the 184 priority pollutant parameters. <br />Mr. Bertino is an exceptional planner, organizer and communicator who <br />has management eacperience of the highest caliber as well as being thor- <br />oughly familiar with stormwater and wastewater system investigations, <br />designs and construction for more than 21 years.
