North Olmsted, I cert.i.fy in connec- <br />tion wi.th your proposed issue of $2,000,000 notes (t.he Notes), to be issued in <br />anticipation of the i.ssuance of bvnds (the Bonds) for the purpose of improving <br />t.he municipal sanitary sewer system by rehabilit.ating and replacing sanitary <br />sewers and sanitary sewer connect:ions, togetYier with ttie necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto (the improvement), that: <br />1. The estimated life or period of usefulness of the improvement is <br />at l.east five years. <br />2. The estimated ma.ximum maturity of the Bonds, calculated in accor- <br />dance with Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, is twenty years, being my <br />estimate of the life or period of usefulness of that improvement. lf notes in <br />anticipation of the Bonds are oiat.standinp, later ttian ttie last day of December <br />of the fifth year following tYie year of issl.tance of YI1P original issue of <br />notes, the period in excess of five years stiall be deducted from that maximum <br />maturity of the Bonds. <br />3.
