CITY OF NOR1Ti OIMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92 - 27 <br />By: Councilman Lind <br />A RESOLUTION AiJ'THORIZING gIE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE DO ADVERTISE <br />FOR AND ACCEPT BIDS FOR CLEANING SERVICFS FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL <br />BUILDINGS, AS DETAILED IN THEE SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE, AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR T0 CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN IlMERGENCY. <br />WHIIZEAS, the necessary specifications, as prepared by the Service Director <br />of the City of North Olmsted, are on file, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the rla.yor to enter <br />into an Agreement for cleaning services at the Administration Building, the NOMBL <br />offices, the Recreation Center and the Senior Center. <br />NOW, 'IIHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID BY THE COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF NORTfi OLMSTED <br />COUN1'Y OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for the bids for cleaning services for the Administration <br />Building, the N0I4BL offices, the Recreation Center and the Senior Center according <br />to specifications now on file in his office, and that upan approval by the Board <br />of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute <br />same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an eqnergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare, and further, provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />? <br />PASSED: ?L?•?1.7 <br />ATTEST: <br />' <br />Barbara L.
