DAVID LIPdD <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VAP.IOUS <br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY _ <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish pay ranges <br />as well as various fringe benefits for administrative and legislative <br />personnel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established <br />for administrative and legislative personnel of the City of North Olmsted: <br />FROM TO <br />A. Mayor 45,100.00 Annually <br />B. Director of Public Service 40,000 57,000.00 Annually <br />C. Director of Public Safety 40,000 50,500.00 Annually <br />D. Director of Personnel and 35,000 50,000.00 Annually <br />Administrative Services <br />E. Administrative Assistant 21,000 34,000.00 Annually <br />F. Clerk of Commission 15,000 25,175.00 Annually <br />F. Civil Service Secretary $ 6.00 10.00 Per Hour <br />SECTION 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established <br />for employees of the Depzirtment of Law. The salaries specified in this <br />section shall be determined by the Director of Law. <br />A. Director of Law <br />FROM <br />TO <br />41,100.00 Annually <br />B. Assistant Director of Law 19,000 <br />(Civil) <br />C. Assistant Director of Law 30,000 <br />Prosecutor) <br />25,000.00 Annually <br />45,000.00 Annually <br />D. Assistant Prosecutor 3,000 6,000.00 Annually <br />E. LEiw Clerk $ 5.25 9.00 Per Hour <br />F. The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to pay to the <br />Director of Law for secretarial services and other general office <br />expenses, the sum of $14,400.00. <br />1
