SECTION 3: <br />Declaration of <br />Record and made <br />not later than <br />PUBLIC INSPECTION OF DECLARATIONS. Each <br />Official Intent shall be treated as a Public <br />available for reasonable public inspection <br />30 days after the date of the Declaration of <br />Official Intent, and shall be available for reasonable <br />public inspection continuously during normal business hours <br />on every business day to and including the date of issuance <br />of the Reimbursement Bonds. <br />SECTION 4: CONDUIT ISSUES. With regard to <br />Reimbursement Bonds the proceeds of which are to be loaned <br />or otherwise made available to a borrower for its purposes <br />(conduit borrower), any Declaration of Official Intent by <br />the conduit borrower with respect to reimbursement of <br />capital expenditures may be filed, at the option of the <br />conduit borrower, with the Public Records for inspection by <br />the general public as provided in Section 3. <br />SECTION 5: That this Ordinance shall be and the same <br />hereby is declared to be an emergency measure necessary for <br />the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of this City and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to provide for continuity <br />of services for the year 1992 and thereafter; wherefore, <br />this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />immediately after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />; <br />PASSED <br />ATTEST <br />Barbara L.
