<br />sewers, storm sewers, sidewalks and driveway aprons where necessary in Elm
<br />Road;
<br />(vi) reconstructing sections of the pavement base, preparing the
<br />surface and paving, installing underground wires and cables for street
<br />ligkiting, recnostructing storm sewers, curbs, sidewalks and driveway aprons
<br />and reconstruct.ing and retiabilitating sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer
<br />connections, all where necessary in Louann Drive, Nancy Drive, Angela Drive,
<br />Gareau Drive, Park Ridge Drive, Sherwood Drive, Forest Ridge Drive, Lynhaven
<br />Drive and Windsor Drive; and
<br />(vii) reconstrt.icting sections of the pavement base, preparing th.e
<br />surface and paving, where necessary, in Berkshire Drive, Alden Drive, Tudor
<br />Drive, Devon Drive, Hampton Drive, Wi11et Road, Willet Circle, Bretton Ridge
<br />Drive, Dorchester Drive, Chadbourne Drive, Warrington Drive, Huntington Drive,
<br />Wellington Drive, Westminster Drive, Southern Avenue, Dorothy Drive, Decker
<br />Drive (Midvale/Southern), Nantucket Drive, Revere Drive, Pompton Drive,
<br />Glouchester Drive, Bellevue Drive, Paisley Drive, Croton Drive, Clinton Drive,
<br />Westview Drive, Arlington Lane, Randall D.rive, Mitchell Drive, Vernon Urive,
<br />Linda Drive, Georgette Avenue, Michael Drive, Cedarwood Lane, Ashton Circle,
<br />Linden Circle, South Oxford Oval, North Oxford Oval, East Oxford Oval, West
<br />Oxford Oval, Woodmere Drive, Fairlawn Drive, Delmere Drive, Amesbury Drive,
<br />Clayton Drive, Beaumont Drive, Carla Lane, Hawkins Road, Noreen Drive, Vincent
<br />Drive, and LeBern Drive;
<br />in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental
<br />thereto.
<br />Section 2. The Bonds shall be dated approximately December 1, 1992,
<br />shall bear interest at the now estimated rate of 8% per year, payable semi-
<br />annually until the principal amount is paid, and are estimated to mature in
<br />twenty annual principal installments that are substantially equal. The first
<br />principal installment is estimated to be December 1, 1993.
<br />Section 3. It is necessary to issue and this Council determines that
<br />notes in the aggregate principal amount of $4,700,000 (the Notes) shall be
<br />issued in anticipation of the issuance of the Bonds. The Notes shall bear
<br />interest at a rate or rates not to exceed 7% per year (computed on a 360-day
<br />per year basis), payable at maturity or at any date of earlier prepayment as
<br />provided for in Section 4 of this ordinance and until the principal amount is
