' . <br />? , _.. .? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 92 - 1 <br />BY: Mrs. Saringer <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMIIVDMIINT OF <br />'II3E ZONE MAP OF 'IIiE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF 'IIHE ZONING CODE OF <br />'II3E CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE <br />PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM SINGLE <br />RESIDEDTCE A DISTRICT TO SINGLE FAMILY CLUSTER <br />DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to the <br />below described real property is improper under the conditions presently <br />existing and inadequate for the development and use of this land; and <br />WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning <br />Commission of the City, on the 22 day of October, 1991 recomanended <br />approval of the change of the district herein specified. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINID BY THE COUNCIL OF THEE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That after submission of this Ordinance to the <br />Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recomQnendation, and <br />after a Public Hearing hereon,notice of which has been given pursuant to <br />Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled, "The <br />Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and <br />after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City, and its approval <br />by the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted <br />is hereby amended and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by <br />changing the zoning of the following described parcel of land from <br />Single Residence A District to Single Family Cluster District: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, <br />State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Original Olmsted <br />Township Lot Nos. 24 and 25 in Tract No. 6. <br />Beginning at an iron pin in a monument box at the intersection <br />of Canterbury Road and Butternut Ridge Road. <br />Thence North 72 degrees 51 minutes 23 seconds West for a <br />distance of 153.87 feet along the centerline of Butternut <br />Ridge to a drill hole in the pavement; <br />Thence South 00 degrees 36 minutes 08 seconds East for a <br />distance of 42.01 feet to an iron pin and the principal <br />place of beginning;
