The GRANTEE shall instali and provide (1) one Standard Installation <br />drop free and relafed equipment; i.e., A1B switcFies, addressable converters (if needed); <br />remotes and the like within each and every City owned building listed on Exhibit 2 <br />hereto. The City reserves the right to request additional Standarcl lnstallation drops <br />free and/or additional outlets along with related equipment, i.e., addressable converters <br />(if needed), remotes and the like within all newly acquired City owned buildings and/or <br />offices or newly acquired Schools or public libraries and GRANTEE will provide same <br />within a reasonable time. In addition, the GRANTEE shall also provide a minimum <br />level of programming to such City owned buildings and all newly acquired City owned <br />buildings or n`ewly acquired Schools or public libraries, equal to or better than those <br />offered as basic service tier, exclusive of premium and pay-per-view service and free of <br />any charges. <br />C. The GRANTEE shall not charge the City of North Olmsted any School or <br />public library for services, equipment, routine maintenance or programming as required <br />per subsection's A,B and C of this section unless such equipment is abused or stolen. <br />Any and all cost relating to service, equipment, maintenance or programming as <br />required by this section, shall be at the total and full expenses of the GRANTEE. <br />D. The GRANTEE hereby agrees that any and all cost incurred as a result of <br />the provisions contained within this Section are considered by both the Ciiy and the <br />GRANTEE as charges this Agreement, and that any and all costs or charges incurred <br />by the GRANTEE, shall not be considered a part or portion of the franchise fee as <br />required per section XVII of this Agreement. <br />SECTION IX: <br />CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROTECTION <br />A. The GRANTEE shall maintain a location within the City of North Olmsted, <br />wh"ich is reasonably accessible to residents throughout the term of this Agreement for <br />the purpose of affording them the opportunity to pay bills personally. <br />B. All complaints against the GRANTEE relating to its performance under <br />this Agreement, including but not limited fo those concerning quality of service, <br />equipment, malfunctions of equipment and billing disputes, shall be processed by duly <br />authorized employees of the GRANTEE. <br />1s
