... ....... .?s. .. ?,.? <br />, • `'r?'' ?+?,*?, <br />SECTION XXI: <br />REMOVAL OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT UPON REQUEST <br />Upon termination of service to any Subscriber, the GRANTEE shall promptly <br />remove ali of its facilities and equipment from the premises of such Subscriber upon <br />written request. - <br />SECTION XXiI: <br />CONSTRUCTION PLAN; PROGRESS REPORTS <br />(A) The GRANTEE shall submit to the City all plans and specifications along <br />with a construction time table which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1. The time table <br />shall commence after required make-ready is completed. The GRANTEE shall also <br />provide a detailed geographical description of the various areas of the City be served. <br />(B) The GRANTEE shall fumish to the Mayor progress reports indicating in <br />detail the degree of construction or implementation of services. Such periodic reports <br />shall be made at (3) three months intervals. The first report shall be made (3) three <br />months from the start of construction. <br />(C) The GRANTEE shall comply with applicable Federal, State and local <br />rules and regulation governing the construction, operation; maintenance and <br />installation of the Cable System. Such rules and regulations shall include, without <br />limitation, the requirements or Section 621 (a) (2) (A) of the Federal Cable Act ensure: <br />(1) that the 'safety, function, and appearance of the property and the <br />convenience and safety of other persons shall not to be adversely <br />affected by the installation or construction of facilities necessary for <br />- the Cab1e System; <br />(2) that the cost of the installation, construction, operation, or removal <br />of such facilities be bourn by the GRANTEE, in the <br />circumstances covered by Subsection (d) below, by a combination <br />of the GRANTEE and Subscriber(s); <br />(D) The GRANTEE shall build its Cable System so that it is capable of <br />providina service all Subscribers located along public rights-of-way located with the <br />City_ Service will be provided at then-prevailing installation charges except as provided <br />below under the following circumstances:
