The salary specified in Section 12 shall be established by the Director of <br />Public Safety and the Mayor. <br />SECTION 13: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for <br />various employees of the Division of Aging. <br />FROM TO <br /> 1995 1996 1997 <br />A. The salaries of all employees of the Division of Aging shall be established by <br />the Mayor. <br />SECTION 14: That pay rate ranges for years after 1997 will be increased no more <br />than the prior year annual increase per the Consumer Price Index for Wage Earners and <br />Clerical Workers within the Cleveland Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area. This <br />may be referred to as the CPIW within the Cleveland CMSA. <br />SECTION 15: That all pay ranges and amounts established will be effective <br />no earlier than January 1 st of the respective year. Salaries specified in this Ordinance <br />shall be paid by the Director of Finance on a bi-weekly basis. <br />SECTION 16: That upon the approval of the Mayor or respective Director, all <br />full-time administrative and legislative personnel, with the exception of those holding <br />Elected or Director positions, listed in this Ordinance will be paid time and one-half of <br />Page 6
