Musial <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY, THE CHRIST <br />THE KING CONSOLIDATION AND LOT SPLIT PLAT IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Christ the King Consolidation and Lot Split Plat was approved <br />by the Planning Commission on February 27, 1996 and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Plat includes the creation of parcels from land originally <br />platted and designated as Permanent Parcel Nos. 234-12-1,2,3,4, 5 and 234-12-22 and 23, <br />and includes a new sewer and drainage maintenance easement as designated and noted on <br />the Plat, and <br />WHEREAS, said Plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SF.C'TION 1: That this Council, having been advised of the approval of the Planning <br />Commission of the Plat of the Christ the King Consolidation and Lot Split, and also <br />having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the <br />Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves and accepts <br />the Plat, including the new sewer and drainage maintenance easement noted thereon, for <br />recording purposes only. <br />SF.CTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby directed to cause <br />said Plat to be recorded in the office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder. <br />SF(`TION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, property, health and <br />safety of the City, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor.
