Musial <br />.+'retlA4 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY, THE <br />BRIDGEPORT VILLAGE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Bridgeport Village Subdivision Plat was approved by the <br />Planning Commission on March 26, 1996 and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision includes the creation of fifty five (55) residential <br />parcels and two (2) blocks ("A" &"B") from land originally platted and designated as <br />Permanent Parcel Nos. 231-14-1,2,3,4, and 231-11-43, and includes various easements as <br />designated and noted on the Plat, and <br />WHEREAS, said Plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised of the approval of the Planning <br />Commission of the Plat of the Bridgeport Village Subdivision, and also having been <br />advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions and <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves and accepts the Plat, including <br />all easements noted thereon, for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby directed to cause <br />said Plat to be recorded in the office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, property, health and <br />safety of the City, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor.
