<br />. <br />In addition, the GRANTEE shall also provide a minimum level of programming to such <br />School or public library, equal to or better than those offered as the basic service tier, <br />exclusive of premium and pay-per-view services and free of any charges. <br />B. The GRANTEE shall install and provide (1) one Standard Installation free <br />drop and related equipment, i.e., A/B switches, addressable converters (if needed), <br />remotes and the like within each and every City owned building listed on Exhibit 2 <br />hereto. The City reserves the right to request additional Standard Installation free <br />drops and/or additional outlets along with related equipment, i.e., addressable <br />converters (if needed), remotes and the like within all newly acquired City owned <br />buildings and/or offices or newly acquired Schools or public libraries and GRANTEE <br />will provide same within a reasonable time. In addFtion, the GRANTEE shall also <br />provide a minimum level of programming to such City owned buildings and all newly <br />acquired City owned buildings or newly acquired Schools or public libraries, equal to <br />or better than those offered as basic service tier, exclusive of premium and pay-per- <br />view services and free of any charges. <br />C. The GRANTEE shall not charge the City of North Olmsted any School or <br />public library for services, equipment, routine maintenance or programming as <br />required per subsection's A,B, and C of this section unless such equipment is <br />abused or stolen. Any and all cost relating to service, equipment, maintenance or <br />programming as required by this section, shall be at the total and full expenses of the <br />GRANTEE. <br />D. The GRANTEE hereby agrees that any and all cost incurred as a result of <br />the provisions contained within this Section are considered by both the City and the <br />GRANTEE as charges to this Agreement, and that any and all costs or charges <br />incurred by the GRANTEE, shall not be considered a part or portion of the franchise fee <br />as required per section XVII of this Agreement. <br />SECTION IX: <br />CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROTECTION <br />A The GRANTEE shall maintain a location within the City of North Olmsted, <br />and in a place reasonably accessible to residents throughout the term of this <br />Agreement for the purpose of affording them the opportunity to pay bills personally. <br />B. All complaints against the GRANTEE relating to its performance under <br />this Agreement, including but not limited to those concerning quality of service, <br />equipment, malfunctions of equipment and billing disputes, shall be processed by <br />duly authorized employees of the GRANTEE. <br />17
