GRANTEE shall make available to Subscribers A/B switches pursuant to <br />the following guidelines, The GRANTEE shall provide A/B switches at a reasonable <br />charge to its Subscribers who request an A/B switch. Subscribers who elect to have <br />an A/B switch installed at the time of subscription to cable service shall not be <br />charged for the cost of installing the A/B switch if such switch is to be used for <br />switching befinreen cable service and the Subscriber's television antenna. <br />Subscribers who elect to purchase an A/B switch from GRANTEE after the time of <br />subscription may either install the switch themselves, following clear instructions <br />supplied free of charge by the GRANTEE, or may request the GRANTEE to install the <br />switch for a reasonable fee. <br />P. GRANTEE shall supply a wireless remote control device with its converter <br />box to any Subscriber requesting such a converter at a reasonable charge. <br />Q. GRANTEE shall supply a parental control device to any Subscriber <br />requesting one at a reasonable charge. Such device, if used properly, shall permit <br />the Subscriber to prohibit viewing of a particular program service during periods <br />selected by that Subscriber. Further, the GRANTEE shall provide the Subscriber <br />instructions with respect to the use of such devices at no charge. <br />R. Each employee of the GRANTEE entering upon private property shall be <br />issued an employee identification card issued by GRANTEE, and bearing a picture of <br />the employee. In addition, GRANTEE shall use reasonable efforts to clearly identify all <br />personnel, vehicles and other major equipment that are operating under the authority <br />of the GRANTEE. <br />S. GRANTEE shall comply with all applicable, local, Federal and State laws, <br />rules or regulations which require notices to be sent to Subscribers, including but not <br />limited to notices concerning billing practices, complaint procedures, Subscriber <br />privacy, A/B switches, rates' equipment, installation and program changes. <br />T. The City reserves the right to seek when necessary and permissible, a <br />Federal Communications Commission waiver allowing the City to impose technical <br />rules and standards more rigorous than those of the Federal Communications <br />Commission. <br />U. The City shall maintain explicit authority to establish new and modify <br />current customer service standards throughout the duration of this Agreement not <br />inconsistent with Federal law. The City shall not establish or modify customer service <br />standards less rigorous than those minimum standards established by the Federal <br />Communications Commission. The City shall have the authority to exceed the <br />standards set by the Federal Communications Commission. <br />2C <br />
