Provided further, that the appropriations for contingencies can only <br />be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council and for purposes other than <br />those covered by the specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 5: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest <br />date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />?.? <br />50.581.742 <br />Page 5
