.? . ,. <br />(1) The applicant has failed to provide information reasonably necessary for the <br />issuance of the license or has falsely answered a question or request for information on the <br />application form; <br />(2) The applicant is under the age of eighteen (18) years; <br />(3) The applicant or a person with whom the applicant is residing has been, <br />within the previous ten (10) years, convicted of a felony or any of the misdemeanor offenses <br />described in this Chapter; <br />(4) The applicant or a person with whom the applicant is residing is overdue in <br />payment to the City of taxes, fees, fines, or penalties assessed against or imposed upon <br />him/her in relation to any business; <br />(5) The applicant or a person with whom the applicant is residing has been <br />denied a license by the City to operate an adult entertainment business within the preceding <br />twelve (12) months or whose license to operate such a business has been revoked within the <br />preceding twelve (12) months; <br />(6) The premises to be used for the adult entertainment business have not been <br />approved by the building commissioner, the health department, or the fire department as being <br />in compliance with all applicable laws and ordinances; <br />(7) The license fee required by this ordinance has not been paid; <br />(8) The applicant or any person with whom the applicant is residing is in <br />violation of or is not in compliance with any of the provisions of this Chapter. <br />(b) The Adult Entertainment Business license sha11 be displayed in a conspicuous place <br />at or near the entrance to the business establishment, so that it may be easily read at all times. <br />It shall be the duty of both the owner and operator to display the license during the period <br />covered by the license. <br />(c) For the purposes of this Chapter, all licenses issued shall terminate on December <br />31 of ea.ch calendar year and there shall be no prorating of fees. <br />761.04 PERIOD INSPECTION. <br />The owner or operator of each adult entertainment business shall, at all times when the <br />business is open for business, permit access to the Director of Public Safety, or his designee, <br />5 <br />?,? -, ?
