and to the Police Department, Building Department and Health Department, for the purpose of <br />periodically inspecdng the adult entertainment business premises for compliance with the <br />provisions of this Chapter. <br />761.05 RESTRICTION ON LOCATION. <br />(a) No license may be granted or issued to any adult entertainment business which is <br />located within: (a) 750 feet from any property line of any lot in the City of North Olmsted, <br />which is either zoned single family residential, or upon which is located a single family <br />residence, a church, a playground, or a school, or (b) 500 feet from any property line of any <br />lot in the City of North Olmsted which is either zoned for multi-family use or upon which is <br />located any multi-family residence. This location restriction shall not apply: (a) to multi- <br />family residences more than five (5) stories tall, and (b) to any residences which are separated <br />from the proposed adult entertainment business location by an interstate freeway, a limited <br />access highway or any other divided road or divided highway with at least four lanes <br />designated f:,r motcr vehicle traffic. <br />761.06 GENERAL PROVISIONS. <br />(a) No owner or operator shall permit the consumption of intoxicants or aicoholic <br />beverages by any person on the premises unless the owner or operator holds a proper permit <br />from the Ohio Department of Liquor ControL <br />(b) No owner or operator shall permit any person under the age of eighteen years to <br />patronize, visit, frequent, work in, or otherwise be present within, the adult entertainment <br />business. The owner or operator shall be held strictly accountable, and shall be strictly liable, <br />for determining the correct ages of all patrons and employees who enter onto the premises. <br />(c) The owner or operator of the adult entertainment business shall provide necessary <br />security personnel to police the interior and exterior portion of the adult entertainment <br />business. <br />(d) The owner or operator of the adult entertainment business shall install and maintain <br />closed-circuit television equipment in continuous operation on the premises during business <br />hours. to aid the owner or operator in monitoring the activities of patrons and employees <br />occurring on the premises. The owner or operator shall further conspicuously post notice at <br />the entrance to the adult entertainment business premises that continuous closed-circuit <br />television monitoring is in progress. <br />(e) The owner or operator shall maintain peace and quiet in and about the adult <br />entertainment business premises.
