THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96- 33 <br />BY: Mayor Edward Boyle <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR PRINTING OF THE <br />SPRING/SUMMER AND AUTUMN/WINTER NORTH OLMSTED <br />PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT BROCHURE, AS PER <br />SPECIFICATION NOW ON FILE IN HER OFFICE, AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and she is hereby authorized to <br />advertise for bids for printing services for the needs of the City of North Olmsted, as per <br />specifications now on file in her office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of public health, safety and welfare and for the <br />further reason it is immediately necessary to provide for the expeditious printing of brochures for <br />upcoming recreational activities, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed: v /q'Q (l <br />Approved as to Legal Form: <br />MICHAEL R.
