<br />?. .r, <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 96- 31 <br />BY.• MAYOR BOYLE <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED TO ENTER INTO AN REVOCABLE <br />LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH THE SANDY RIDGE <br />HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />PERMI7T7NG THE SAID HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION TO <br />INSTALL THREE (3) ENTRANCEWAY SIGNS AND <br />LANDSCAPING WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ON LIMPERT <br />LANE, AT DOVER CENTER ROAD; PARK PLACE AT <br />CANTERBURY ROAD; AND CHAPEL HILL DRIVE AT <br />CANTERBURY ROAD; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Sandy Ridge Homeowners' Association desires to install entranceway <br />signs and landscaping within the right-of-way on Limpert Lane at Dover Center Road; Park <br />Place at Canterbury Road; and Chapel Hill Drive at Canterbury Road; for the purpose of better <br />identifying the Sandy Ridge Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on November 14, 1995, approved the request <br />of the Sandy Ridge Homeowners' Association, on the condition that a Revocable License be <br />issued and that the Homeowners' Association maintain the right-of-way property and purchase <br />and maintain general liability insurance; and <br />WHEREAS, the BZD Committee Council, on December 5, 1995, favorably <br />recommended approval of the entranceway signs, and, Council as a whole indicated its approval <br />of the project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to enter into a Revocable <br />Licensing Agreement with the Sandy Ridge Homeowners' Association permitting the said <br />Homeowners' Association to install three (3) entranceway signs and landscaping within the right- <br />of-way on the south side of Limpert Lane at Dover Center Road; on the north side of Park <br />Place Road at Canterbury Road; and on the north side of Chapel Hill Drive at Canterbury <br />Road; substantially in accordance with the attached agreement, marked as Exhibit "A" to this <br />Ordinance.
