Course I Thence North 00 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds East, along the westerly line of said Christman property, a distance of 340.05 feet to a point being the southeasterly corner of Deerfield Estates Subdivision No. 3 as recorded in Vol. 187, Pg. 67 Cuyahoga County Map Records; Course II Thence South 89 degrees 02 minutes 28 seconds West along the southerly line of Deerfield Estates Subdivision No. 3, a distance of 30.00 feet to the northeasterly corner of property now or formerly owned by Sue A. Krynak; Course III Thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds West along the easterly line of said Krynak property, a distance of 339.92 feet to the centerline of Gessner Road; Course IV Thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes 25 seconds East along the centerline of Gessner Road, a distance of 30.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.2341 acres of land as calculated and described in November, 1996 by Dennis A.
