KAUFMANN, THE GRANTOR, for and in consideration of certain good and valuable consideration and of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), the full receipt of all which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, THE GRANTEE, its successor and assigns forever, a perpetual easement for Right-of-Way for stormwater drainage purposes on and under the following-described lands owned by the Grantor and known as being part of Permanent Parcel No. 232-07-005, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, together with the right and privilege to enter upon or under said land for purposes of construction, alteration, repair, maintenance, inspection, and survey of said storm sewer and appurtenances. TO HAVE AND HOLD said easement and right-of-way unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever. The said Grantor himself, and his successors and assigns, hereby covenant with the said Grantee, it successors and assigns, that he is the lawful owner of said premises and has full power to grant, bazgain, sell, convey and release the same in the manner aforesaid and will warrant and defend the same against all claims. The easement is as shown in a drawing mazked Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and is as described as follows: Known as being a 10 foot vvide strip of land, five (5) feet on each side of the following described centerline, but having outer lines extended or shortened as required to form a closed figure; Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as Sublot No. 5 in Fred S. Jones, Inc.'s Pazk Acres Subdivision, of part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 13, Tract No. 6, as shown by the plat recorded in Volume 133, Page 8 of Cuyahoga County Base Record 3, bounded and described as follows:
