. , , ?.. .? <br />Thence South 89° 21' 55" West, a distance of 10 feet to a point on the south <br />property line of said parcel being also the north line of the existing 10 feet wide <br />sanitary sewer easement; <br />Thence North 60° 53' 23" East, a distance of 20.16 feet to a point on the west <br />property line of said parcel being also the east Right-of-Way line of Hunter Road, <br />and the principle place of the beginning; <br />As represented in a drawing marked Exhibit "B" which is attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof. <br />The said easements is given for the purpose of granting to the Grantee the right <br />to construct, maintain and operate a sewer together with the necessary manholes for the <br />transportation of sewage with the unimpaired access to said sewer and the rights of <br />ingress and egress, on, over and through said land for alI purposes necessary and incident <br />to the construction, operation and maintenance and, from time to time, to alter, repair or <br />remove the same. <br />The Grantors hereby restrict said premises within the limits of the above <br />described easements against the construction thereon or above or subjacent thereto any <br />buildings, structures, tunnels, or excavation therein in any manner interfering with said <br />sanitary sewers whatsoever, the access thereto, or the maintenance thereof, or otherwise <br />interfering therewith; provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing restrictions and <br />prohibitions, Grantors may make any of the uses or do any of the things to the foregoing <br />premises with the express written consent of the Grantee. Such reserved and permitted <br />usage shall include inter ?. landscaping, parking of vehicles within the regulations set <br />forth in the Codified Ordinances, paving, sidewalks and the maintenance thereof. <br />Grantor sha11 fully use and enjoy the.aforesaid premises except as to the rights
