Thence South 89° 21' 55" West, a distance of 10 feet to a point on the south property line of said parcel being also the north line of the existing 10 feet wide sanitary sewer easement; Thence North 60° 53' 23" East, a distance of 20.16 feet to a point on the west property line of said parcel being also the east Right-of-Way line of Hunter Road, and the principle place of the beginning; As represented in a drawing marked Exhibit "B" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. The said easements is given for the purpose of granting to the Grantee the right to construct, maintain and operate a sewer together with the necessary manholes for the transportation of sewage with the unimpaired access to said sewer and the rights of ingress and egress, on, over and through said land for alI purposes necessary and incident to the construction, operation and maintenance and, from time to time, to alter, repair or remove the same. The Grantors hereby restrict said premises within the limits of the above described easements against the construction thereon or above or subjacent thereto any buildings, structures, tunnels, or excavation therein in any manner interfering with said sanitary sewers whatsoever, the access thereto, or the maintenance thereof, or otherwise interfering therewith; provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing restrictions and prohibitions, Grantors may make any of the uses or do any of the things to the foregoing premises with the express written consent of the Grantee. Such reserved and permitted usage shall include inter ?. landscaping, parking of vehicles within the regulations set forth in the Codified Ordinances, paving, sidewalks and the maintenance thereof.
