Such reserved and permitted <br />usage shall include inter aU landscaping, parking of vehicles within the regulations set <br />forth in the Codified Ordinances, paving, sidewalks and the maintenance thereof. <br />Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the.aforesaid premises except as to the rights
