...... . .. ..... . . ... ?44?.a?,.M...w...w.?., .?....... . ..,. ..,....... .... ? .._. . . . . .. <br />line of said parcel being also the east Right-of-Way line of Hunter Road; <br />Thence North 0° 38' OS" West along the west property line of said parcel being <br />also the east Right-of-Way line of Hunter Road, a distance of 7.0 feet; <br />Thence North 44° 21' 5 5" East, a distance of 16.97 feet to a point on the south <br />line of the existing 10 feet wide sanitary sewer easement and the principal place <br />of beginning. <br />As represented in a drawing marked Exhibit "B" which is attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof. <br />The said easements is given for the purpose of granting to the Grantee the right <br />to construct, maintain and operate a sewer together with the necessary manholes for the <br />transportation of sewage with the unimpaired access to said sewer and the rights of <br />ingress and egress, on, over and through said land for all purposes necessary and incident <br />to the construction, operation and maintenance and, from time to time, to alter, repair or <br />remove the same. <br />The Grantor hereby restricts said premises withixi the limits of the above described <br />easements against the construction thereon or above or subjacent thereto any buildings, <br />structures, tunnels, or excavation therein in any manner interfering with said sanitary <br />sewers whatsoever, the access thereto, or the maintenance thereof, or otherwise <br />interfering therewith; provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing restrictions and <br />prohibitions, Grantors may make any of the uses or do any of the things to the foregoing <br />premises with the express written consent of the Grantee. Such reserved and permitted <br />usage shall include inter aU landscaping, parking of vehicles within the regulations set <br />forth in the Codified Ordinances, paving, sidewalks and the maintenance thereof. <br />Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the.aforesaid premises except as to the rights
