As represented in a drawing marked Exhibit "B" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. The said easements is given for the purpose of granting to the Grantee the right to construct, maintain and operate a sewer together with the necessary manholes for the transportation of sewage with the unimpaired access to said sewer and the rights of ingress and egress, on, over and through said land for all purposes necessary and incident to the construction, operation and maintenance and, from time to time, to alter, repair or remove the same. The Grantor hereby restricts said premises withixi the limits of the above described easements against the construction thereon or above or subjacent thereto any buildings, structures, tunnels, or excavation therein in any manner interfering with said sanitary sewers whatsoever, the access thereto, or the maintenance thereof, or otherwise interfering therewith; provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing restrictions and prohibitions, Grantors may make any of the uses or do any of the things to the foregoing premises with the express written consent of the Grantee. Such reserved and permitted usage shall include inter aU landscaping, parking of vehicles within the regulations set forth in the Codified Ordinances, paving, sidewalks and the maintenance thereof.
