?.? <br /> <br />.? <br />Thence north 440 40' 5 7.7" East, a distance of 7.11 feet to a point on the east <br />property line of said parcel being also the west Right-of-Way line of Walter <br />Road and the principle place of the beginning; <br />As represented in a drawing marked Exhibit "B" which is attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof. <br />The said easements is given for the purpose of granting to the Grantee the right <br />to construct, maintain and operate a sewer together with the necessary manholes for the <br />transportation of sewage with the unimpaired access to said sewer and the rights of <br />ingress and egress, on, over and through said land for all purposes necessary and incident <br />to the construction, operation and maintenance and, from time to time, to alter, repair or <br />remove the same. <br />The Grantors hereby restrict said premises within the limits of the above <br />described easements against the construction thereon or above or subjacent thereto any <br />buildings, structures, tunnels, or excavation therein in any manner interfering with said <br />sanitary sewers whatsoever, the access thereto, or the maintenance thereof, or otherwise <br />interfering therewith; provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing restrictions and <br />prohibitions, Grantors may make any of the uses or do any of the things to the foregoing <br />premises with the express written consent of the Grantee. Such reserved and permitted <br />usage shall include inter ataL landscaping, parking of vehicles within the regulations set <br />forth in the Codified Ordinances, paving, sidewalks and the maintenance thereof. <br />Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforesaid premises except as to the rights <br />herein granted; and Grantee does hereby agree to hold and save the said Grantor harmless <br />for any and all damages arising from its use.of the right, easement, and right-of-way
