Musial <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSE ONLY THE BEAUMONT PLACE SUBDIVISION PLAT IN THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Beaumont Place Subdivision creating eighteen (18) sublots was <br />approved as submitted by the Planning Commission on September 10, 1996, and referred <br />to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the plat creating eighteen (18) sublots, and also having been advised by <br />the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purpose only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution, the City Engineer <br />is hereby directed to cause said plat to be recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />SECTION 4: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED 0-SCX&U-,, l S / ?QQ ? <br />A EST: <br />t ? <br />?+=c, <br />Barbara L.
