<br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />To the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />As fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, I certify in connection with your <br />proposed issue of $815,000 bonds (the Bonds) for the purposes of (i) acquiring motor vehicles <br />and equipment for use in carrying out functions of the Department of Public Service and (ii) <br />acquiring motor vehicles, including four pick-up trucks and three automobiles, for use in <br />carrying out City services and functions (the vehicles and equipment), that: <br />1. The estimated life or period of usefulness of the vehicles and equipment is at <br />least five years. <br />2.
