_ ?. ??t?¦? <br />ty of North Olmsted oposal For Professional Services For <br />/'Adrdition ? <br />To Palice Station -July 25, 1996 ' <br />Page 2 <br />II - SURVEYING SERVICES <br />Based on the intent of the North Olmsted letter of July 17,we include <br />in our Proposal the costs needed for surveys and soil borings and <br />analysis, to be obtained and paid for by our Firm as part of the <br />Agreement that would be executed. <br />III - PRE-DESIGN SERVICES ".. I '. . .. a. Time for co-ordinating Owner data, develop concept sketches, meet <br />with Owner Departments as needed, and establishing preliminary <br />budgets and schedules, and alternative choices, are included as part <br />of our'Proposal, and are all usual included services. <br />b. Preliminary construction cost "guesstimate" is in a$80 -$90 per <br />square foot range. <br />, IV - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT <br />This phase will take into account the established program and the approvals <br />of the various departments involved in the building addition. <br />V - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />The final?package shall include all items needed to advertise for and compile <br />a public Bid, per the City of North Olmsted guidelines. <br />VI - ARCHITECT - ENGINEER.SERVICES'. <br />The Proposal does not include time-in-field during construction for <br />"Observation". The City of North Olmsted letter of July 17 indicates that <br />any such services would be additional cost, if requested, and would be <br />negotiated...at that time. Also not included are costs,to prepare any ?` <br />Furnishings Bid Package that might be desired, this also would be negotiated <br />at such time as a request was made. <br />Per the outline above the following is our <br />PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />A. Surveys and Soil Borings and Analysis, if required ------ $ 3,000.00 <br />B. ArchYtect - Engineer.Design and'Documents Services ----- 16,000.00 <br />TOTAL PROPOSAL $19,000.00
