CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 96-114 <br />PAGE SIX <br />SECT: The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall, from time to time, review the fee <br />schedule as set forth herein and recommend any changes which shall be deemed necessary along with reasons <br />therefore to the Recreation Committee of the City of North Olmsted. Upon approval of said changes, the Parks <br />and Recreation Commission shall recommend said changes to the Council of the City of North Olmsted for <br />approval. The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall, however, have the discretion to adjust the fee <br />schedule for special events and promotional purposes on a limited basis. <br />The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall also establish spectator admission charges, set prices on <br />merchandise and other services offered for sale. The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation may deduct <br />expenses and pay to a sponsoring organization no more than 50% of the spectator admission charges derived <br />from their event, or in lieu of the gate arrangement, may determine a flat fee compensation to offset rental fees <br />and additional expenses or loss of revenue incurred. <br />The Parks and Recreation Commissioner may waive rental, admission, and/or other fees for the North Olmsted <br />School District for the purpose providing practice and game facilities for athletic teams. The athletic teams use <br />of facilities will be in time slots designed to minimi?e loss of revenue and is provided in return for free use of <br />North Olmsted School District gymuasiums and facilities for Parks and Recreation Department programmiug. <br />Rental fees of facilities far athletic contests may be waived, however gate receipts will be retained unless <br />provided far above. <br />SECTION 8: Fees for other programs currently operated by the Parks and Recreation Department shall <br />be <br />Special Recreation (Summer session with field trips) <br />Special Recreation (Winter session) <br />Central Playgrou.nd (Summer session) <br />Extended Playground (Weekly) <br />Football Tackle Equipment Fee <br />Football Tackle <br />Football Flag <br />Youth Leagues <br />Clinics <br />Karate <br />Park Facility Permit (Per session, resident only) <br />Maintenance Fee (Baseball and soccer fields) <br />Picnic Table Moving Fee (Per five tables) <br />$15.00 - $35.00 <br />$20.00 - $40.00 <br />$45.00 - $50.00 <br />$30.00 - $40.00 <br />$35.00 - $45.00 <br />$15.00 - $25.00 <br />$28.00 - $35.00 <br />$18. 00 - $40. 00 <br />$18.00 - $55.00 <br />$22.00 - $40.00 <br />$ 5.00 - $10.00 <br />$10. 00 - $20. 00 <br />$15.00 <br />Large or Corporate Parties <br />Require either resident sponsorship or may be charged a$50.00 Park Permit plus fees for <br />individual facility permits as well as the cost for additional maintenance.
