CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 96-114 <br />PAGE SIX <br />SECT: The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall, from time to time, review the fee <br />schedule as set forth herein and recommend any changes which shall be deemed necessary along with reasons <br />therefore to the Recreation Committee of the City of North Olmsted. Upon approval of said changes, the Parks <br />and Recreation Commission shall recommend said changes to the Council of the City of North Olmsted for <br />approval. The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall, however, have the discretion to adjust the fee <br />schedule for special events and promotional purposes on a limited basis. <br />The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall also establish spectator admission charges, set prices on <br />merchandise and other services offered for sale. The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation may deduct <br />expenses and pay to a sponsoring organization no more than 50% of the spectator admission charges derived <br />from their event, or in lieu of the gate arrangement, may determine a flat fee compensation to offset rental fees <br />and additional expenses or loss of revenue incurred. <br />The Parks and Recreation Commissioner may waive rental, admission, and/or other fees for the North Olmsted <br />School District for the purpose providing practice and game facilities for athletic teams.
