ORDINANCE NO. 96 - 113 <br />BY: COUNCILMAN NORMAN T. MUSIAL <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION THE BARTON OAKS <br />SUBDIVISION WHICH INCLUDES JACQUELINE LANE, IN THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted that all the improvements shown on the improvement plans for <br />7acqueline Drive, as recorded in Volume 275 Page 42 of Cuyahoga County Map Records, <br />and previously approved by this Council, have been completed in accordance with the <br />plans and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLTNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication the following <br />street designated herein: <br />Jacqueline Lane, 1,040.97 feet centerline distance from the southerly intersection <br />with the existing centerline of Barton Road, northerly to a cul-de-sac center point. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: Z'Uz-_4tA, 3 <br />A.
